▪️ Introspect - In times of chaos, we always tend to find solutions outside. Rather, Inner Technology teaches us to introspect within and examine what it is that we need to change. Self-checking teaches us that the solution can be found within.

It’s about bringing newness to our thoughts, words, and actions, thereby increasing productivity and finding a new personality of our own, which enables us to learn from the past and move on with greater positivity and stability.

The Information Technology Wing of the Rajyoga Education & Research Foundation is a global community of over 4,000 young and dynamic volunteers who are IT experts and engineers with domain knowledge and skills in both software and hardware, working at top positions in multi-national organizations.
 
Endowed with exhaustive experience in the corporate industry and rich knowledge of the Rajyoga meditation (http://brahmakumaris.org/whatwedo/meditation) technique of the Brahma Kumaris, the team members create special learning modules for the IT professionals to cope with the challenges of the IT sector.
